Hey guys,
Last monday me and Sunny got a fully sick XE falcon(to use as a paddock basher)! We got it for free from an indian restaurant, they used it as a delivery car, until it hit a gutter at 60 km/h
. The car is duel fuel, 3spd auto, 4.1L carby, has 12 slotters and it's red so it goes pretty hard too.
We drove it to my house on monday which is a 5 minute drive and it broke down 3 times on the way home!! Once we got home though it went straight out the back for a thrashing, we had heaps of fun getting REALLLY sideways. We then decided to call it quits and parked it out the front as sunny was reversing it he saw a dirt pile and decided that it would be fun to crash into it! When he hit it the car stopped but the right wheel which was still on concrete kept spinning and started smoking up so I told him to keep on going and before we knew it there was smoke EVERYWHERE (we could smell it in the garage 10 minutes later)!
On the second day of having it we decided to give it another thrashing out the back, then history repeated itself, some of you may remember the thread
EA's big bog adventure
Well again sunny decided to drive into a lake! (you'd think he'd learn the first time) After spending aaages trying to get it out it just got worse and it was sunk upto the axles, so we though f**k it and tried to see how fast it would get if we floored it, top speed reached was an amazing 150 km/h! After this we decided to call it quits again and waited about 4 days before we got it out again. After we finally got it out the POS wouldn't start after that
we spent the whole day trying to get it started but it was a no go, you might have seen the thread on here.
XE won't start (SOMEONE TELL US WHATS WRONG!!!)
Anyways I got some pics of it bogged and some after we gave it a bit of a wash.
