That's strange news. Out of the whole Holden range, I think the SV8 is the most value for money.
The only reason I could think of besides the poor styling of the VY is that people buying in that price range prefer the new technology of the XR6T. Or maybe just going straight for the SS which seems to be selling well.
After reading all the comparisons between the two, the SV8 might be slightly quicker but loses out in every other department to the XR6T.

SV8 has no appeal at all, its pretty much a very poorly styled car. I think different wheels and a different lower cut back bumper could help it alot tho.
SV8 value for money????? Its an LS1 with wheels!!! A poverty pack.... Can someone please explain where the value is here? Why do people get so caught up in the straight line performance figures of cars and dont look beyond the paper they are written on.
