US:SVT lives, Ford says performance brand scaled back, but new truck is coming

I wonder what they are coming up with and if it involves the new Hurricane engine that is back on the development board.

I wonder too- and I bet youre right about the hurricane...I'm hoping a normally aspirated version finds its way into a BOSS mustang, complete with a shaker hood...I'm still dreaming :)

funny how just a few weeks ago SVT was rumored to be dead...things change quickly...
theres been some pretty cutting edge stuff popping out over at stangsunleashed dot com- things like possible crankshaft snapping issue on the new shelby(but heard a shelby vin got assigned today- so must not have affected release schedule as feared), lots of cool video clips, etc...might want to check it out once in a while- not much traffic, but lots of interesting stuff.
