hey i'm from nsw.

can you transfer rego from one car to another easily? whats involved etc and rough costs.. i'm looking at getting a xe 351 and swapping the rego from my xd 302.

Transfer fee is about it. Costs about $20 or so, it may even be free, but the local dealer wanted to charge me for it. Call the RTA on 13 22 13 they will be able to tell you

You mean plates then yes, you mean the rego sticker then no.

You have to cancel one less fee's, and register the new one.
