Latest issue of Royal Auto (RACVs members Mag) has a comparo b/w TS50 and R8, and no surprises that the TS50 won again. They said pretty much the same things; Ford has better handling, steering, brakes, etc. One thing I found totally off the mark was them saying "while both gearboxes shift smoothly, HSV's is more clearly refined". Now every motoring mag, and even people in this forum have said the Ford's gearbox is a league above the Holden's so I don't know where they got this from.

Strange as they both run Mexican made Tremec's (crap) now if Holden And Ford used the latest Getrag we would all be much better off!
