TAKE ii: who would win?

It all started sunday night, i was goin into town to get myself some food, it was around 10.45, i stoped at the traffic lights, look next to me there was a VX SS, a red on, i thought nice car too bad they didn't get a XR8, the traffic lights are on a T intersection and i was the one that had to go right, cos i couldn't go straight ahead, lights went green, i put my foot down, it was also wet, got halfway around the intersection and the arse of my car went out besides me, i shat my self got it back under controll, and the SS is now a unmarked Police vehicle, pulled me up and looks like i'm gonna lose my lisence, and the charges r someting like indangering lives, and reckless driving.

NOW, my dad rings up the cop and the cop said that i was trying to drag him,
i drive a 1990 EAii CFI wagen, wif 225/50/16 mags, and its a 4 speed auto,
i think the reasion my arse went out was cos it was wet and there was also oil on the road (very visable the day after)

tell me the likly hood of a EA falcon draggin a VX SS wif a GEN III in it?????? i dont think so... WHAT A LOAD OF BS, i'm not happy, just wondering if nebody knows if there is any way i can get off this, cos i wan't b'in a dick!!! cos its a bit hard to even be a dick when u drive my car its GUTLESS!!!
Thanks Jason

What are you asking? Are you wanting to know if the charge is with out merrit because of the make and model of your car?

unfotunately i reckon you will go either way. I guess you are up on careless or reckless driving charges? I reckon you will have to go to court for that and I suspect you will probably lose.

I know other people that have gone up for similar things and lost, because no matter what you drive you have to drive to the conditions and stay within your and your cars limit, and because you lost it you will be charged for not doing this, whether you were dragging or not...

IMO the only thing you can do is explain that you were not dragging anyone and that it was an accident, show the pictures of the oil and cross your fingers!

Sorry I cant help you anymore than this, but goodluck! Let us know how ya go

I wrote i nice big story but it didnt post up.!!!! grr

anyways write into the infringment people if its your 1st infringment. Say that it wont happen again rarara and you have a perfect track record till that date.

It only works if it IS your 1st

I did it and saved $201 "red light"

hehe. Just a tip. If you write a long reply or any reply really, point click drag and copy the reply before you go to post it. If it fails you only have to paste it back in a new reply

Well

Now you have a case......
It cant be coincident that ther eis a crash tehre today

Take em to court.. tell them that there is a crash .. and they will let you off...

Cos they'll be afraid that someone will sue them for not cleaning up oil on the Roads..
Its the RTA's responsibility no?!

Focus on the fact that there was oil on the road as a result of an accident on the same day, and the wet and dark prevented any warning of the dangerous oil on the road...........which susequently resulted in your losing control of your vehicle
