This may seem a bit harsh but have you considered saving it and putting it towards a newer car? If your happy with the XF than no drama, get the zorst done for sure, otherwise start a savings fund towards a newer car or holiday.
Just make sure you put the money towards priorities like paying off debts or credit cards first.
No point having a car with a spoiler or flash lights when ya can't even hear it.

go the spoiler and the Xbox. You get something for the car, and you can drive all sorts of fantastic cars in a virtual sense on the XBox in games like Project Gotham Racing 2

Yeh put it in to your super fund...
so the government can tax you now and when you get it (in 40years time)
they do match personal contributions dollar for dollar.. but who cares when you can buy cool stuff NOW and enjoy it NOW.
Go the exhaust and spoiler (pending what type of exhaust set up you get your tax check should cover it)
That way you get a bit of performance and look and should be rather happy with the spend.
