I think you're referring to the TS50 bodykit, or are they the same?

Anyway, SSV does have the TS50 kit in stock. But if you wish to fit the front bar on, you'll need to have at least a series 2 onwards AU. I've got to warn you, the quality of these aftremarket kits aren't very good as they crack easily (especially around the wheel arch) when hit by stone chips.

Front bar is $625. Skirts are $385 and Rear bar is $625. All prices are for unpainted. Fitting and freight extra.

That's not much cheaper than a Ford one is it? I mean the normal XR kit, it would look better than an imitation, or you trying to make your car look like a T series.... Ford all the way mate :s4

C2R kits are much better in quality, and price-wise is pretty much close. But they don't look anywhere near a TS50...maybe a hot falcon...but never a TS50!

I dont think you realise FTE22, a front bar for a AU 2 XR is worth 1200 a rear bar is worth 1100. so no they aren't about the same, BUT the quality is 100 times better, they wont crack when hit by a stone, or when you go to far into the gutter, or when you are fitting them to the car and pull them out to far to get the side bolts in for the front bar. If you haven't noticed I HATE fiber glass body kits. They are very bad to work with, and no matter how good you are, it will pritty much always get stress fractures in the paint and in the bar. At the end of the say it is your choice, but i suggest you go for even one of those C2R kits because they are a plastic body kit, like you origional one.
catch ya

Beware of fibreglass imitations - C2R offer $200.00 factory rebate to forum members for fully painted C2R RRIM body kits during March 2003.
Call 1300 767 867 for details or refer to post 'Special 'C2R' Offer to Ford Forum Members' dated 25/2/03
