Looking at the Wheels times for the TE, it gets 0-100 in 6.1 by them, but has a gear change at 99km/h, after only taking 4.3 sec to get to 80!
So from 80 to 100 takes 1.8 s.
So surely if you slammed that gear change better, or took off the rev limiter youd pick up another .3 or so.
Its obviously a very quick car

Yesterday i was at the Holden Lang Lang proving grounds, where i saw, of course monaros, but also that excellent Pursuit ute and a blue TS50. I even sat in the Ute!!, very nice indeed. The keys were even in it!!!

I couldnt up the courage though to start it :(
The v8 looks so small though, compared to a straight 6 I think. Its a very compact engine obviously.

whenever I feel bored I read the cv8 times,hehe.
and the 40-70 for the T3 is amazing,starting from 3rd gear to 5th,almost the same time 3.1 second!what a car.
is there any fte dealers has the T3 at his yard yet?i just wanna touch her:)
