Re: TERRITORY tv. commercial

i like the ad heaps. very creative and a lot of thought put into it!
since you cant make ads of cars speeding around and promoting dangerous driving i think its a top effort!
oh... i seen a white Territory Ghia on the car carrier the other day!! looked very good.....someone in this town is gunna be one happy customer!

I'd have to agree with the above quote, but if you want to see the Territory in the flesh there are two of them on the grass display area outside Knox Ford on Burwood Hwy Ferntree Gully (Vic)..

Maybe it's like a Falcon on steroids, with more ground clearance and front wheel drive added?

Re: TERRITORY tv. commercial

its a bit rich to compare a territory to an adventra jack.

Similar, but quite different I reckon. The Adventra is more like a Subaru Outback, but with more grunt and inferior build quality/reliability. Whereas the Territory is more (dare I say it) X5, Honda MDX etc.

Re: TERRITORY tv. commercial

(No bias) - come on, the Avdentra is just an experiment - Holden probably want to see how good their AWD systems are, even though they will never match companies that have been doing it for years a la Subaru etc.

If Holden were actually serious about marketing the Adventra as an off road vehicle, it wouldnt come with 17 inch mags - who the hell wants them when they're off roading - and even more, imagine how many 17x8's you'd go through. Those tyres dont last long at the very best of times!

Adventra is nothing more than a gimmicky attempt at a 4WD, marketed at people who will probably never go 'off road' (unless a dirt driveway counts), will park it out the front of their suburban homes and think they're king sh!t when theyre driving to the shops in it. Nothing more.
