Are these problems sorted out in this model?

Just wondering, does the BA come with that dodgy cast alloy front crossmember that the AU has? I think this is just plain cheap and nasty. One of the cars we had to tow in had hit a stump, and the cast crossmember had cracked and shattered in many places. Also, are the bumpers held on the same way as the AU?, because the AU had 13mm nuts under the rear wheel arch that get plastered in mud and crap from the tyre , and when you go to undo them they jam up and strip the threads.
I know theyre just little gripes, but it would make my job a lot easier.

And you think anyone is interested in making your job easier? Ha Ha Ha.

You should talk to some of the mechanics who have to work on them - their job's not getting any easier either.

Manufacturers are simply not interested in what or how to carry out servicing - the vehicle's design and engineering is biased towards facilitating assembly on the production line as quickly and cheaply as possible.
