well mercedes at brisbane told my wife she needed a new transmission in the c200, it is a 5 speed auto and slips a bit from 3rd to 4th, i put in a can of oil and its fixed, they wanted 5k to fix and also told her the front susspension needed bushes, the cam adjusters were worn and the electric fan was noisy, its a 4 yr old car with 70 on the clock, i called them up to abuse them, they didnt care a bit.
funny thing was the windscreen wiper was perished and interier light didnt work and they didnt pick it up.
