Hey ppl,
Just thought I'd share a little story about getting my AU seviced.
Yesterday, I dropped it of at my local Ford Dealer for its 130000kms service. Picked it up in the afternoon & the service guy said all is ok & we changed your brakes as they were worn. No problems, get in & drive home.
Today, drove around for a while everything seemed fine but the brakes were a little spongey. Didn't think much of it as I thought it was just cause they were new. When I was leaving the office I noticed something yellow in the rear suspension just behind the wheel. Thought I'd better have a look & to my suprise the rear brake line was still clamped off. Couldn't believe it.
Anyway I'll be ringing the manager in the morning to let them know.
Cheers,
Steve
Sheeez thats no good mate, bloody ford service, should lodge a complaint, this is beyond a joke.

complaints? mate, i'd get an AK47 and have a friendly chat with the mechanics!
i would:
a) write to ford to make the dealers fix up their act
b) talk to the service dept managers of the dealership
c) talk to the general manager
d) demand a written appology

I'll talk to the General Manager tomorrow & see what he's got to say about it & I might write a letter to FoMoCo to tell them to get there act together.
That is quite ordinary to say the least. For their sake in the hope they'll clean up their act, just do the letter of complaint and don't post whih dealer it was.
Thank god that you're alright.
It's a good thing you checked your breaks mate!
The best thing to do is go back to the dealer and tell them that you want a brand new T3 as compensation :s6: :s6:
