It looks like itd impede the gas flow quite a bit. not to mention it looks stupid, is most likely illegal and is the dumbest thing I have seen for a while!

Shouldn't the turbo spooling noise come from under the bonnet and not out of the exhaust? Good on the person for making these things, at least he is making money off stupid people.
