Just wanted to congratulate MSD Ignition in the US on awesome customer service. After being stuffed around by every know-nothing auto sparkie in Brisbane, I emailed MSD Tech support last night, asking a question about their Blaster SS coils and Ballast Resistors.

Didn't really expect anything, but not an hour later, an email from Joe LaPille, MSD Techie, popped up. It answered my question simply, the info was CORRECT (shock!), and it addressed me as "Sir". What more could you possibly ask for?

Great product, great service.

Hard to tell - I had stock XC electronic ignition fitted, but it had a dud coil, so I decided to go full-noise on the coil so I didn't end up buying another one in 6 mths when i upgraded to a MSD 6A ignition module.

Unfortunately, the "professionals" whom i paid handsomely to install everything wired it up wrong, resulting in very poor spark and stalling issues, once on a bend in the highway under brakes at about 85kph with my girlfriend in the car. Thanks NIGEL KALAPAC and BRAD SHORT.

Only just got it rectified today, but the different from the flogged old points system is amazing - no longer missing at idle, seems to rev a lot more freely. Can;t wait to get the MSD module too, but that'll have to wait a while now.
