Thumbs up for service

Isn't it good when you great service? I had a couple of issues with my car and throughout the process the guys at New Oak have been fantastic to deal with. They listened to what I had to say, resolved the problem and took the time to make sure I was completely happy. Chad and Mario, thanks heaps.

I drive, I vote and I'll go out of my way to see you out of government Mr Bracks. You lied your way into power and you lie to keep it. Enough lies!!! You're out of here!

Its always good to give credit where it's due.

Too many ppl only post their bad experiences.

Re: Thumbs up for service

Hey Steve me too l love the guys down at New Oak they go out of their way to help not like some other dealers which would mention but wont (see other posts for that one).

Re: Thumbs up for service

perhaps i'm not dropping the right sort of beer in my boot of my car - I might try back there at 45,000km.

Still got gearbox issues regardless of the dealers I go to.

AU II XR6 - October 2001 ~ December 2002 - RIP
BA XR6 - December 2002 ~ Soon to disappear if Ford CRC can't fix it....

45,000km service coming up - and i'll be asking for a sizable list of fixes:
* Gearbox (3rd time)
* Steering click (5th time)
* Brake Shudder (2nd time, and has the applied "Fix")
* etc...
