Ok i thought i might kick this topic off as it's comming nearer. Just wonder what everyone in NSW and ACT are doing travelling wise and accomdation.

Are we going to have a convoy cruise down to Melbourne like we did in October?
With Accomodation i was thinking perhaps we can do a group booking thing for the people who don't have relo's or someone to stay with.

I have a friend who runs the St georges motor inn in Northcote, which is around 20 minutes from Tickford and 10 minutes from City!

They have 9 rooms downstairs where you basically can park car outside door.

Each room has a double and single bed and 6 of the room have connecting doors! (for those who want to party)

Im sure if I ask nicely I may get a good deal for the travellers!

BTW, there are approx 25 rooms all together and I am sure he would look after us...... cars are secure as I have stayed their numerous times!

If you want me to chase up please let me know!

Our club has booked out an entire hotel (the Coburg Coach House Motel), one of the rooms is booked by Queensland and another by Tasmania, there is a hotel just down the road (the Coburg Motor Inn) from there though. It would be good if you stayed there that way all the clubs would be close together. We have a couple of people staying there cause we couldn't fit them in to the hotel. The tram stops just outt he front and it is about 10 minutes from Tickford.

How many cars from each club are going, it looks like it is going to be a huge day.
