Your Invitation to the Tickford Family Day 2002

The fifth annual Tickford Family Day is to be held on Sunday 24th February 2002. As always, the event is attracting a huge response from all Ford enthusiasts around the country. Representatives from each state Tickford / XR Car Club, plus the Falcon GT and Mustang national clubs are coming to present their cars in a massive display including show and race cars.

Several current Ford V8 Supercar drivers plus Ford racers from yesteryear will be in attendance for interviews and autographs. And of course, it wouldn't be a memorable Tickford Family Day without the spectacular V8 Supercar pitstop demonstration. The Master of Ceremonies will again be Mark Oastler, motoring journalist and Channel 10 sports broadcaster.

Engineering displays and factory visits will be on throughout the day, as well as activities for the whole family. Food and drink will be available on-site.

Tickford will again be the venue at 33 Glenbarry Road Campbellfield ... opposite the Ford plant in Melbourne. Gates open at 9.00am with a $2 entry donation going to the Guide Dog Association of Victoria.

We will be there in force and look forward to seeing all the other clubs as well as the rest of the crew on FF. How many cars have the clubs got going at the moment

Terry you are hopeless, are you leaving Friday morning or Thursday afternoon. What have FF arranged for the day. So far the Tickford Car Club - SA has 26 cars going - not bad considering this is just under half of our membership and the travelling that is required.
