Tickford round lights

Does anyone know if the new AV xr's will carry the dual round headlights. I have always been a big fan of the dual round lights but sometimes look at the late model xr's and feel that they would look better without. Any thoughts??

Yeah, it will have quad head lights. If you look at the green and the black part of Lowndes headlights, you can sorta see it.

They'd bloody better!

I think they will. The quad's are an XR trademark and an XR isn't an XR without the quaddies (IMHO). We'll know for sure in 4 months...

I'm hoping the XR have Quad headlights too, it's the signiture of Tickford XR's and they really really make a presence on the road.

I guess with AV though is it looks like base models will have the similar lights, personally i think there should be a distinction between them even though the lights have a common lense across the twin lights.

The XR's better have the quad headlights, they just won't look like XR's without them. I reckon Ford will loose a few sales if they don't keep up the agressive look of the XR. Just my 2 cents.

from what i gather, the separate quad lights will be no more. they will be contained within one unit, but apparently, you'll still be able to pick the XRs our from other models by the headlights.

Nope. Expect to see dual lights in single cluster and no Tickford badges. :damon: :shifty:

You mean the lights will look similar to BMW lights? If so then that's OK.

No Tickford badges?! Screw that! Might have to rice it up a bit with some myself then!
