Went down to JB Hi-Fi in the city (Melbourne) and found that they have a Tiff Needel (the mad-dog who does reviews for Top Gear on BBC) DVD for sale there (only 2 were there) called "Burning Rubber". It's absolutely brilliant! The whole DVD is about stunt driving and how to perform tricks like handbrack turns and reverse flicks in FWD, how to do the biggest doughnuts on RWD, how to drift and burn rubber in 4WD and he takes his V12 Jaguar that he used at LeMan (called the Lister Storm) for a thrash!
The cars he uses are:
FWD - Ford Puma.
RWD - BWM M Roadster
4WD - Mitsubishi Evo VI, Subaru Impreza P1 (:s2:), Nissan Skyline GT-R and Porsche 911 Turbo!
The guy is an absolute legend!! :s2:

Clicky clicky here for previous ride! I still miss her!
Also Top Gear is back on foxtel however the bad news is Tiff has left along with Vicky (have started another program called 5th Gear on another channel). :dead: Which as far as I know won't make its way to Australia. The only positive with the new series of Top Gear is that Clarkson returns to it.

"Anyone can drive in a Straight line"
I liked the Clarkson/Needel vid where they are drifting a big Jag and BMW after each other around a test track (think it was Nurburgring).
Clarkson is talking about the way Tiff drives (drifting) and says 'I can't draive like that, in fact I asked Damon Hill and he can't drive like that either"
Went for a trundle into the city yesterday & thought I'd drop into JB for a looksee. Saw the DVD & thought.. yeah bugger it I'll have a look. Watched it today & it is an absolute corker. If you guys get a chance to grab it make sure you do as it's a great watch. JB in the city (Melb) have heaps of them in stock.

I was worried when I first saw your comment but when Top gear returned it turned out to be untrue. They are both still part of the team.
They need to start fanging some meaty cars around again. All they've gone in this series is do economy tests and drive little buzzboxes. Bring back the days when Tiff would drive an M5 around the airfield sideways. Those were the days...
