Timer Program?

Hi guys, I was just wondering if anyone here knows of any timer programs for Windows? Just something that waits until a preset time, then opens a file or runs a program. Mainly 'cause my PC is on all night most of the time, is in my room, hooked up to a stereo, and I have no alarm clock. I think some loud Slayer/Pantera/KMFDM/Ministry would have me out of bed in no time.

Cheers, B I B

Failing that, I guess I could get an electrical socket timer and hook my amp up to it, and have the music running all night, without any power to the stereo 'till the designated hour.

Re: Timer Program?

You should be able to do it using windows built in scheduler.

The built in 'at' command is all you need.

It can even schedule programs on other machines, if you have the correct permissions. This is an excellent way to annoy your co-workers. Not that I'd do anything like that...
