Personally, I think Sys/Network admins are a pack of lazy bludgers who spend all day downloading warez, surfing the web, reading other employees dirty emails and playing [insert latest network game here].

Before you all chew my head off, I've been a Sys/Network Admin manager (for an ISP) so I know what the story is. I've just evolved into a higher form of IT employee.

That's not true Sparkles. My job role is evolved, actually it's not related to my old Network/Sys admin work that much - though there's application server admin type work involved.

My 'business card' title got a change as of 5:30pm last night too (wrangle over yearly review...) - I'm now a Senior Design Engineer (R&D). :s3
