getting a tooth pulled out isnt cool, lol. take it from me, my fkn back molar decided to entwine its roots with my fkn jawbone, which resulted in a failed effort at getting it out in the dentist, and then resulted in me having a half-out, painful-as-fuk tooth in my mouth for a day until i went under general anasthetic and got a bit of my jawbone removed in order to get the bastard out. a new tooth grew in its place now so its all good, although a little perplexing as it was an adult tooth...

being a dental student i find this very weird for this to happen. was it the last molar (ie your wisdom tooth/third molar) you had pulled out or the second molar and then your wisdom tooth came through and took its place.
adult teeth don't have replacements.
