GM: 7
Ford: 6
Honda 2
Toyota 2
Dodge 2
Jeep 1

(Pontiac, Chev + GMC are all divisions of GM)

GM doesn't make cars so you can't compare it to ford.

let me put it this way:

GM = Ford Motor Corporation
Chevy/Pontiac/GMC = Ford North America

Chev's and GMC's are sold outside of North America as well ... You'd count Lincoln or Mercury if their cars appeared in the list ...
