I've seen (fully transparent) clear bonnets at the Ricer Salons but that's all. With the exception of that and possibly a clear boot so all your homies can see your fil-sik-moit subs, amps, capacitors and neons, I don't see why anyone would bother.
Dunno what it would do for safety either, as it would have different crash characteristics, but the again with clear panels it would probably only be a trailer mounted show-off, dyno/decibel queen and never set tyres on the road.

I have seen a few see through bonnets.. I think they look good. Other body panels would be rather boring though, i cant see too much fun looking at an innerguard... and they'd be a bitch to keep clean.

hahaha...yeah same only ever seen bonnets in movies. Its ever so sad.

Plenty of cars out there have plastic front guards and other panels, so clear wont make a difference in a crash
Im pretty sure Honda made an S2000 with clear panels for a car show a little while ago
