Why are tyres so much more expensive here, I looked up some tyres on tirerack.com they are selling them for $170 USD but the shops here quoted me $460+ AUD for the same tyre.
Well that would work out to be $250 AUS - accounting for the rest - maybe freight. Most likely cause is because the tyre makers can - and that the demand or supply of our market justify that sort of pricing.
