Bloke in VZ SS Ute drives out of pub, fishtails, loses control and slams into a Police car (BA XR8). Police grab bloke who blows 3 times the limit on the breathalizer!!!
The aftermath:
A Police car with a fair amount of frontal damage,
A policeman slightly injured,
A VZ SS Ute with a big hit on the drivers side looks to be a writeoff,
The ute driver injured but luckily not too seriously (or dead!!).
A hangover will be the least of this guys problems. There will be charges laid and he'll have no insurance for the damage because he was pissed!!
I bet he'd like to have last night all over again and make some different decisions!! He'll be screwed for years.

the worst thing you can ever do in a car is hit a cop or a cop car. he will be getting the book thrown at him and probably will feel the wrath of the phone book in the cop shop as well.

It gets better, the police were specifically parked where they were to try and catch any drink drivers from the surrounding pubs..nice of the ute driver to go to them instead.
I hope he gets a jail term (I know he won't). Having been hit by a drunken driver at 2.30am, 4 blocks from home, doing less then 30km/hr and actually stopping before being hit and then suffering the dramas of no car for weeks I say he deserves EVERYTHING he gets. No sympathy.
