Re: USA Article on the AUS XR6T

One place where the Falcon could use more work, however, is in the fit and finish of the interior materials. There were no big problems apparent, just a general lack of sophistication that caused the interior to feel like it is of a lower quality level.

Stopped reading when I got to that, Ever been in an American Car Mate? Actually kept reading he praises it a fair bit good stuff.

Interesting read, even if they can't get the facts 100%. Always keen to see what the Seppos think of our product!

Re: USA Article on the AUS XR6T

The best part of the article is that a home grown aussie falcon, was in their opinion the most impressive car of the bunch

Re: USA Article on the AUS XR6T

Not a very well written article.

The Author commented more on the fact the car is Right hand drive and his deficiencies with gear shifts than with what the Falcon was like.

Re: USA Article on the AUS XR6T

Other than a few things wrong its a good write up and he seems very impressed with the car in a over all way. I like the way he suggests it should take over the Taurus. But if the Aussie Falcon was going to take it over it definatly would not be made here because it would be not cost effective. Maybee that is a bad thing.

Good comments, but badly written. I love reading what over seas folk think of our home grown product!
