When you post a message they are just to the left of where you type. You have nine to choose from there, or click on [Get More]
and you can see them all.

Please not that to see the emoticons, you must selecte yes to the show VB code in your profile, if that is set to no you won't see the input screen for the smilies. sundeep, I have changed this option to yes in your profile for you.
