Anyone else got it?

I grabbed it on PS2 on Thursday, not too bad. Although revving out at 324kph at the end of Conrod kind of kills the realism side of things....so do sub 1:50 laps of Bathurst.

But apart from that it's great, had it on today, at least it's got the V8s in it.

i dont like the damage model for it, i rekon it completly sucks!

have something like F1 gp, or NASCAR 4, or Redline and it would be lots better, hitting sometihng at 250+ kays should take u out, or at least really damage you...

Yeah the damage model sucks, but what can you do.

but the WORSE thing about a realistic damage model is the following....

YEARS ago,i used to lvoe nascar 1... on my old 486....
i was doing a full race at talladega... 500 miles, 4 hours.... 181 laps... aobut lap 150 i was leading (by laps) (i just lapped them again too, the field was behined me) and coming onto the start/finish line i dunno wtf happened, but next second i was midway through 1st corner, going backwards at over 400 mph into the wall, i hit it, and flew back, and took out 10 or so cars!.... i couldnt belive what just happened!

that and also the fact that full lock on the v8 supercars looks like full lock on your average family car, since when do you see the supercars wheels turned at 45degrees

I have the first one. Everytime I went to buy the second one it was sold out.
I'm still stuck in the ricers in the first one. Maybe I should stick to driving the TS50 in Need For Speed Hot Pursuit 2. I'm better at that game.

lol just finished having a go then... I did bathurst (duh) on 80% difficulty and won by 58 seconds (15 laps). I hope it gets harder

Yep the damage sucks but the thing I least like about it is that Skaife is no.1

Would have thought the car5s would have been updated prior to release.
Haven't played it yet, looks good though.

Screw the V8 SuperCochranes racing... the best mode is the Classic series! Nothing beats hammering the classic old Stang or E-Type around the track and inducing some smoking dorifto!

does anyone know if this game is compatible with the new 900 degree racing wheel from logitech? I should get this game, played it on xbox and it was a hoot!
