All engines in V8SC are 5L and use pushrods. Do the regs state that the engine must use pushrod valvetrains? If not would Ford be able to use a DOHC 4valve/head donk in thier V8SCs in the future?
They will continue to use the same engine just as Holden has & will probalby not update until the NASCARs do which I don't think have any plans to in the near future
No Holden has used a Chev engine since the introduction of V8 Supercars apart from Perkins who held on to his old Holden engines for the first year or 2.
