Video editing help!!

I've got Adobe Premiere 6.5 and i want to put Digital Camcorder footage of a couple hours onto a CD or 2 or 3. Anyway i don't know which format to use without having 10 seconds of footage being 30megs big. Someone please help.

SVCD would be the go. Depends on what you want to play it on also. Not all DVD players support SVCD.
