Has anyone used them and had a problem with items being missed or wrongly described?If so,how did you resolve any dispute?
I don't want to start something where everyone goes of on different tangents and the "ifs" and "shoulds" start flying thick & fast.I just want to know if anyone has been in this particular situation with this company and what the outcome was.

And Id also like to know how they were to deal with, ie. how good is their service at evaluating a cars value and mechanical condition. Has anybody used their bartering service to buy a car?
