frown Virus warning.

It seems that I have been sent a virus that looks to have come from this site or at least the picture has

I got an email with Blurters avator in it. I got a virus warning that I thought was contained, but now the PC is developing virus type behaviour.

I have to get it checked out. Areas affected seem to be memory and internet functions.

well it could not have been passed through the mail server on here. I have this mail server locked pretty tight. yeah i know that an occasional may slip, but they are rare.

I would look at who it came from and to what account. if it was a @ff.com then i need to add the info to the blocks.

I had a nasty little bastard also, Formatted the beast on the weekend and started from a clean slate, every attempt I made to delete it, it would have a way of stopping the program from working.

When I started getting .exe programs emailed to me from people I didnt know with myfullname.exe as an attachment I knew I had major problems.

I have suspected three site. I ahve disable all emails form these site. Conrod, Caterpillar and this site. I only suspected this site because the picture (after checking has come from this site)

Prior to disabling I was getting about two viruses a day that Norton seem to be dealing with. I now can't open many programs and internet functions don't work.

That email Rodney got sounds sus to me as well

As of right now I havn't got one virus email for the last two days.
I hate to think what would have happened had I not got DKs help with decent virus protection. I thought I had the name of the virus contained, but the virus in quart, doesn't tie up with the date, so I don't know.

There was no text just a picture.

The other option is that my ram has a problem. A power outage hit about two weeks ago, so the first thing they are checking is the ram. Taking it to work to night to let the tech guys play with it
