Anyone seen latest motor mag pics of new Commodore? cause the rear end to me looks like a mashed up AU and Magna rear end.
Looks like there trying to square it up around the edges, I guess there using chunky chocolate bars as insipiration. Keep it up Holden, I see the japs and the yanks finally took a lashing out on you. Ford has a better shaped product for all models and the future life of the product in general.
New XR looks stunning.
IMO, someone would only think VY was a combination of AU and Magna if you didn't realise there were more cars in the world for Holden to take inspiration from.

As I mentioned in another thread. I think the rear looks like a BMW 318i with Mitsubishi Lancer ricer tail lights. I can't see it hurting their sales though, but hopefully the Ford owners that opted for the Commodore over the AU will come back to the fold.

That rear pic of the commodore in Motor looks absolutely shocking.
Why the hell would you have a squared off back with sharp edges on a car that is essentially a very round flowing shape. It doesn't lookk right, not intergrated enough.
I would be very surprised if the back was exactly as portrayed in Motor, the front looks good and follows the previous HSV theme as the VX did.
