And a lot lighter than BA weights seem to be!! Performance could be closer than expected.

Do you know what spec that weight refers to??? IE options and content (incl. air conditioning!!) Or are Holden low balling on weight details??

Looks a fair old street fight is coming up for the first comparison!!!

Gotta say I prefer the BA Interior!!! Holden must have a blind, dyslexic doing those dash colours!!! What's with the olive green?!?!

I read in Motor that VY SS is 1617kg (if I remember correctly)

They are the official figures from the Holden website press releases. I assume they are wet weights with all standard inclusions.

With those weights the VY SV8 will have a better power to weight ratio than the Boss XR!

Dont just look at Kw look at the torque output because torque is what actually gets the car moving in the first place. Thats why peple want more torque for cars to tow with.
