If they don't need the bulge they shouldn't get it.
I define un nessasary and usless addons to cars as rice. Regardless of weather or not they look alright.

unless your looking at a custom manifold or a manifold of the LQ4 or a pd blower as such the bulge is pretty much rice (kinda like the bulge on the gull wing xr6t).
A bonnet bulge however is not unique to the Xr8 and GT.
NOpe, The buldge doen't go. It's not sharp enough to suit the car

That ute looks spectacular, love the ssx front bar, and the bulge looks great, you never know whats under there maybe he requires it, if not it still looks good.
