I don't take supplements. Just make sure I get enough protein. The only one ever recommended was Creatine (sp?). Howoften do you workout?? I go to this site frequently for info:
Mate value for money is MAX's Muscle builder $100 retail (if you know where to go $75) per 5 kilo bucket. Last about a month or more. Make sure you train hard and eat well (egg whites, fish). On the program i did i put on ten kilos of muscle in 3 months NO SHIT! PM me if you need to know any more.
Just make sure you dont cut out all your carbohydrates, and replace them with protein... Youll sweat like a bitch, and it plays with ya mind.
My mates are into this kinda stuff. 1 of em runs 20kms at the same speed i used to run the 800m all the way.
Hopefully ill be getting into this stuff in a month.. ill try loose the man boobs first.

Thanks guy's for all the info.
Basically i have a bench press and about 25-30kg's of weights at home (which does'nt really do much), so i've now joined a gym and i want to stack on the kilos (i weigh 70kgs now and i want to be at about 85-95kgs).
How often do you people go to the gym, and how long is your workout. Also what is the best set routine to go by in your experiences. thanks.
I was originally 70 kg and now I'm 85kg I was up to 90kg at my best. I was on a lot of mushashi product's for BJJ (Brazilian Jui Jitsu) before and after training I also took recovery products after heavy training and with a solid 12 months of training and a few weights sessions each week. I gained 20 kg and was very well defined. I’m now back down to 85 as I don’t train anymore and a lot of muscle is turning to fat I think I might have to invest in some home weights I hate going to the gym the atmosphere is annoying plus there is always someone waiting for you to finish. Good word of advice buy a gym set out of the trading post get it for quarter of the price. Kooky you know a bit about diets do you I would like to start one for a little take off some excess fat and start working out again I need to feel fit I miss it. But work currently doesn’t work well with training times
