What colour, and what car would you choose

personally I would love an XR8 in either Blueprint or Phantom, however being a 17 year old student about to leave home and go to uni.....I don't think it'll happen - not yet anyway

also to put an interesting twist on my thread which colour WOULD'NT you choose (ie. the one you think is the ugliest) :bwhoa1:

I don't really like the Ice mint silver, and I think the Mercury silver on the Barra ad doesn't totally suit the XR6...I like the bolder colours of the Blueprint, Phantom, Venom etc.
but other than that the colours I have seen look good.

Like: Blueprint or Mercury Silver on the XR's. Silver or Ice Mint Silver on the XT. (Hey my current car is Mint....hence the name!)

Dislike: Congo Green and while Black looks sexy, is a pain in the arse to look after.

Love black.."got any blacker??" for the XR8 (if available) or XT
I think the XR6 in the Mercury Silver looks great, sort of like a metal finish rather than silver which really brings out the strong lines of the car.

The colour that I certainly wouldnt choose would be Phantom.

The 2 colours I do like arnt available on the XRs, Ice Mint Silver and Blue Pearl.

So if I was getting an XR it would probably be Mercury Silver or Acid Rush(depending on what it looks like in the flesh.)

I've always loved black cars but i'd probably go phantom just cause its different & really cool
Im still wiating to see if MrJucy Orange (tm) will make it into the FPV range or BA2

Love blueprint probably in an XR because I like the different look, but the softer ride of the Fairmont is appealing as well.

Oh well all academic for me I'm afraid for another couple of years.

There havnt been many photos of the BA in purple so I'm still hanging out to see on of them.
But my worst colour is the Ice Mint Silver which is hideous. I was it awhile ago at the Ford Factory and didnt like it.
