What's your favourite Breakfast meal in the mornings to get you going.?
In my case i only have breakfast on weekends and i always like to have a couple of fried eggs on toast with some mushroomon on the side,a glass of tomato juice and a nice cup of coffee or tea.
What does everybody else do or have for breakfast ?

Usually I feel like shyte in the morning, so breakfast often doesn't come til luch. But on a day like today where I feel almost alright, I'm having shaved roast beef and bega special betweenn two slices toast. And a glass of juice. Very nicely.

I only eat breakast on weekends as well, today I'm having bacon & eggs.
Sunday tradition.
Mostly I have a bowl of cereal.

Gotta love Boxing Day though, the one day a year that pavlova is considered a breakfast food!!

well bacon n eggs seems to be the 'thing" and guess what,my weekends i only have bacon n eggs its a weekend thing..

usually i dont have breaky on weekdays but if i do feel hungry its coco pops for me LOL

Weekdays at work I normally drink a can of coke at 7:00 AM, sounds weird but it gives me heaps of energy. Followed by a jambo at 9:15.
On the weekends, either bacon/eggs, wafels, pancakes or just a few slices of toast. I'm not a big cereal nor weetbix fan.
