we all know about the big changes (eg. styling and engines etc0 but what little, annoying things would you like to see be changes to make AV Falcon even better?

i will get the ball rolling

lowered seat height
better supporting seats (esp t series)
get rid of the horrible diff whine noise
Tiptronic 5 speed auto (i think it is only going to be a 4 speed)
better thud to closing the doors
side airbags
v8 manual forte (a definite i believe!)

What do you guys reckon?

Ummm...

Manual v8 wagon option

REAL sport seats (not just normal seats padded to look like sports seats)

having an option of no air bag!

a coupe!!!!!!!!

get those bloody seats right! my seat makes this annoying noise when i go over the bumps sometimes, and it drives me mad! plus, the backrest moves back and forth and the seat itself feels a bit wobbly.

make the wheelarches smaller or increase the wheel size. those wheelarches are WAY too big for normal wheels.

that's about it... i'm pretty happy with the way AUs are

Wouldn't happen to have anything to do with your suspension being set 48 inches lower than stock would it? Bit of a rough ride knocking things around a bit?
The seats in my AUII XLS are fine. Just need a bit more side support.

nah, this started up a while back, even before i got the car lowered. as for the rough ride, yeah, i can hear something in the dash vibrating all the time and the centre panel's come a bit loose. i'll get that looked at when i get the panel sprayed. what's wrong with my "substantially lowered" falcon, ay? too low for ya? that's a sign that you're getting old chucky... :D hehe let me tell you that even with the current setup, my car will outhandle a fair number of cars, and i intend to prove this at winton early next year!

btw, it could also be something due to the fact that since i've had the car, my weight has been somewhere between 95 and 105 kilos, so it could have been a contributing factor! hehe

Not too low.. Just no need to go that low with the right set up. Too old? I don't think so.. I just spend my dollars wisely is all.
Can't wait to see the results from winton. You taking any bets?

if my car proves to handle better than a stock XR6, i win. if i get my arse whooped by one, i lose.

i just wish i had some decent wheels though - i'm STILL running 15s mind you! but i'm up for a challenge! hehe
