I currently have a 68cm NEC flatscreen full stereo tv with dvd outs, an NEC (NVD-100) which does svcd,vcd,cdr,cdr-w,cd etc. an NEC 6 head hifi VCR with long play and a SONY 5.1ch 120rms (dont laugh) stereo system with 5cd changer, Minidisk control, full equaliser and watnot.

The stereo isnt digital but its ok considering I have a small room to listen to it. I bought it about 6 months before digital stuff became more popular.

I'm considering a 150w SONY active sub as an attchment to the system later.

What do you have currently and on the wish list?

PS I really like the look of those Bang & Olufsen systems but the $40k price mark is a huge putoff.

Wishlist is a BOSE, PIONEER or VAFresearch/Denon combo or Tannoy system in future.

I have a friend (who is a Ford fan and drives a 95 Stang) who has a 100 inch screen on his wall (ie bloody huge) and can you guess where I am heading for the Bathurst weekend. Not sure of the brand or the speakers etc.....but it is huge!

Just a Poineer DVD player with Sony surround mini system (5 speakers and sub), 68cm telly (saving for like a Loewe widescreen). I'm pretty happy with it, and i can't afford anything else (paying off the XR).

We're in the audio business, so it's not complicated for me.
