This thread stimulated by a VN this morning with rear spoiler and a "scoop" on the very rear of bonnet, with no holes anywhere on the bonnet scoop, which was flat on the bonnet, and a spoiler/wing at the rear of the scoop, the possible purposes of which appear to be A: Pointless rice. B: Maybe hold the rear of the bonnet down a touch at speeds above 850 km/h, for improved aerodynamic efficiency C: Direct an extra approx .00005 litres per hour of air into the ventilation intake. D: Get the interest of people like me.

I saw a full shick moit rice lancer today just after lunch...

graphics all over car, HUGE wing on the back, big mags, stickers galore, and what looked like a 5" exhaust tip.

Adviliax was with me when I spotted it, and almost pissed himself laughing.
