What sport do you do?

Just wondering, what sports/activities do FF members do? I ask because a few weeks ago I was pushed into doing karate and I am enjoying it quite a bit. I have improved my fitness, learning good skills and just having fun with my mates.

So what do you guys/gals do? And why?
