What a weekend,first the small block Ford strokers won the engine masters with CHI heads etc against big block chevys etc, then they finally got the monkey of the back and won Bathurst

what more can ya want

Its a very good weekend. I can't get the smile off my face.

At last we get a Bathurst victory and roll on for a 4th championship win.

bloody oath about time sick of the holden heads going on about bathurst being the only race to win last 4 odd yrs finally shut them up

I reckon Jamie Wincup should take alot of the credit for that win at Bathurst as he was the man that stuck the 888 Falcon in front at a crucial segment of the race and got about 3.5sec's lead before pitting which gave the crew and Lowdes the lead they needed for the final stint. If he had'nt managed that then I feel it may have been a case of Lowndes trying to get past Kelly in the last 30 laps like we have seen so many times before.
