confused Whats the correct application for these Valve Covers?

Here is a Picture of a New Old Stock Valve Cover I have. I would like to know whats the correct application.

I believe they are from the 60's??

What do you mean when you say "xd/e"?

Are these specific to a given year? Are they the ones that came on the Hi Po 351s?

nope. just ordinary 4.9/5.8 clevos in the xd/e falcon/fairmont/fairlane range from 1979 till 1982, hence the silver colour. earlier clevo covers were orange for 302 (4.9l) and blue for 351(5.8l). the one in the photo is a passenger side cover. the drivers side had a bracket spot welded to it for the air filter snorkel.
