Wheel Sizes
Does any1 know anything about the wheel sizes for the soon to be released barra?
That Ghia pic seems to look like 17's, I know that the ute wheels are only 16's (non xr i suppose).
Perhaps the XR range will get 18's if Ghia comes with 17's

Base Falcon will be 16's
Ghia has 17's
I think XR's may have 17's still but with a lower profile tyre than the Ghia will have.

Yep, all the info is on the new Falcon web site under the Control Blade suspension section.

Ghia ~ 225/50/17
XR ~ 235/45/17 (maybe 18" option)
Base ~ 215/60/16
That's my guess, or did I read that somewhere?

The Monaro CV8 is the only Holden to date to have 18" wheels standard. However, we can assume that the SS will be so equipped sooner or later.
Perhaps it's better for Ford to be the first with 18s rather than playing catch-up with the next update...

Fair enough then. If the BA XR8 comes from the factory with 250 kW+ as speculated then it would make sense for it to wear 18's.
