Is it just me or do car problems happen in bunches?

I just finished fixing my waterpump, timing belt, and instrument cluster, and then a few days ago, the alternator croaks on me...

...and tonight it was the fuel pump...

I tell ya, the car knows when I'm broke, and seems to take great joy in making me suffer.

Mine was just being totaly and utterly F88kin anoying Grrrrr

Put brand new plugs and leads in and then the day after we had snow and it was so cold the car woldn't start and this morning i had to go out in the pooring rain (yes rain after snow could it get any better)
And still wouldn't start because the engine had flooded :(
I had to get the car toed roudn the ave by someone in a metro, A bloody metro of all cars The shame lol

seems to happen that way doesnt it?? with my probe, when one thing breaks its like a chain reaction....nothing is ever simple...ah oh well, whaddya gonna do?
