Hmmm... looks a little bit like a photoshop pic to me sorry. I am sure it could happen but the perspective is off with the two girls and there are jpeg artifacts around them as well.
My guess, if it is infact legit is texarse or new mexico. Seppo flag in the background and those are longhorn cattle.
