I've seen numerous posts of people who have stumbled across a BA on the road.
I've looked and looked and after that, looked some more but to no avail.
I even hung around the Ford Headquarters for a while tonight but nada. Not a cracker. Just some maintenance work taking place in front of the main building.
well, if you live near melbourne anyway. Ring road is popular, with odd occurances around the suburbs.
We havent got long to wait now for this fantastic car, its been a long wait
the cars are not allowed to be parked in the city. hence they are driven into the country at weekends to put as many k's on them as possible. Normal pre-launch stuff.
A few times I've had to go to clients near the broadmedows plant. And I've driven backwards and forwards past that place, around the back of it, even around tickford and and along the ring road.
And I have not seen one either.
I work in the city off King Street and last week my friend spotted the BA XR8 with plastics coverings on the corner of king and collins st while walking to his office!
I'll probably not even see one in the flesh until they start using them as taxi's!!! :)
Where do you live Mavss? Becasue if you're not in Victoria you are not as likely to see one as someone living in Geelong/Melbourne.
I have seen many. I was behind a Narooma Blue XR going through the drive through at KFC, and I have seen a few pass me on the way to work.
I guess you would have to be in Victoria if you're haning round the Ford headquarters but in your case I guess you're just not looking hard enough.:s3 Sorry mate.:s5
